Located to the south of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, the vineyard is planted on soil made up of sand and rolled pebbles. With the desire to enhance this terroir, Eugénie is part of a register against the traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape, woody or opulent. The estate's cuvée offers a fine and delicate structure made from grapes harvested from the whole harvest, in a skilfully mastered style.
