Delivery Terms & Return Policy

1. Free delivery service is offered for purchases over HK$3,000 to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and NT.

Delivery charge of $150 for all orders below HK$3,000

*No minimum order and delivery charge for self pick-up at our office.

2. Delivery Schedule:

All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We'll confirm the delivery date and time directly with the customer.

We do not accept liability for any failure to deliver wines within specified time.

The company could deliver to most addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

The company will notify the customer in the event that the logistic agent could not reach her/his address. Extra charges would be discussed on a case by case basis.

3. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you once is accepted. No cancellation or refund will be accepted once the order has been confirmed.

4. The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to the company at the time of delivery, otherwise the customer will be deemed to accept the goods with full satisfaction and we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

5. We do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines. Please contact our sales representatives when any issues arise.
